What Our Warranty Covers

DEOUM warrants that your hearing aid will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Coverage includes:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failures occurring under normal use
  • Electronic component malfunctions

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (including eartips, ear gels, and other consumable parts)
  • Loss or theft of the device
  • Water damage beyond the IPX5 rating (splash-proof, not waterproof)
  • Damage caused by improper storage or charging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

* This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Making a warranty claim is simple. Just follow these steps:

Once we receive and inspect your device, we will repair or replace it and send it back to you at no additional cost.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date as shown on your order confirmation.
  • In the event of a replacement, the warranty period does not reset — it continues from the original purchase date.
  • DEOUM reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.
  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased from deoum.com or authorized retailers.
