Shipping policy

At HONG KONG ZHOU SHANG PROMISED LAND TRADING CO., LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your bone conduction hearing device safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@deoumhealth.com with your order number. Cancellations made before shipment are completely free of charge and a full refund will be issued promptly.
  • After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to wait until the package is delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also contact us at support@deoumhealth.com for order status updates.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is received.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • We are unable to predict or control customs fees — please check with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs issues, the buyer is responsible for any resulting fees or losses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to certain regions due to carrier limitations or regulatory restrictions. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@deoumhealth.com and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@deoumhealth.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@deoumhealth.com — we will do our best to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.

9. Returns After Delivery

If you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
