We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- In its original condition — not physically damaged due to misuse
- Includes all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, devices that show signs of heavy use, modification, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund. We will assess each case with care and fairness.
How to Start a Return
Returning your device is simple:
- Contact us at support@deoumhealth.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason for return.
- Receive your Return Authorization (RA) — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Please retain your tracking number.
- Await confirmation — once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@deoumhealth.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or configuration, please return your original item and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you find the right device — just reach out at support@deoumhealth.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification
- Items without original packaging or accessories (may result in partial refund)
